The rubber on the Tandemkross hiveGrip is somewhat similar to Hogue’s proprietary rubber and feels very good in my hands. I have been a huge fan of Hogue’s rubberized pistol grips for years. I agree with what Josejuan said in the video… the stock grips on the Smith & Wesson SW22 Victory leave a LOT to be desired.

In addition, if it ever does warp to the point of no longer providing proper retention, N8 Tactical has a lifetime warranty. Some have mentioned that once they warp, you lose gun retention.

Mine has done that and it has actually gotten more comfortable from it over time. But the "warping" is actually just conforming to your body. Many people make the claim about any hybrid holster like N8 Tactical or Alien Gear WI warp over time. Flashbang makes a lot of options of holsters primarily aimed towards women. We'll just say she's 5'6, average/medium build ?). (not gonna make the mistake of weight posting for her. My wife carries a G19 in a FlashBang Betty 2.0. 5 minute swap and you have a fitted holster for multiple guns only $10-$12 per extra shell. I ordered the holster for my M&P 9C, but also got shells for G48 and G45/G19.

One added plus of the Alien Gear holsters is that you can buy additional shells. But the S&W M2.0 texture just rubbed too much, so had to get one with padding between the grip and body. If I was carrying a Glock or other gun with a less aggressive grip texture, I'd have really like that one.

Not a fan of the bulkier Shape Shift series. One other holster that I tried was the Alien Gear Cloak Tuck 3.5. He has no problems doing so, even though he's a "big guy". He carries a Glock 19 appendix carry in a Bravo Concealment kydex single clip holster. My 22 yr old son is 6'3", 240 lbs, similar build to me. He jsut wanted padding between his bones and the gun. He chose the holster also for comfort, but mainly because he doesn't have the built in padding that most of us do.

He also has chosen the N8 Tactical professional for a completely different reason. My 21 yr old son is the opposite body build - 6'2, 135 lbs soaking wet. I love the aggressive texture on the grip of the M2.0 in my hand, but it can feel like sandpaper against your bare skin.

I carry a S&W M&P 9C M2.0 at 3:00 in a N8 Tactical Professional series holster.
